Any shock components that are broken, damaged, or worn can be replaced at an additional cost and only with the owner's approval.

Most common damaged components include worn bearings, worn bushings, worn bodies, torn or dry-rotted bottom-out bumpers, dinged, scratched or bent shafts, and bent or broken eyelets.
